Stocking Policy
We hold stock items for the majority of products available for sale on this site. Where we do not have stock we can arrange for the items to be shipped directly from our suppliers or have them delivered to us and then ship them on to you. Our policy is to deliver confirmed orders, subject to stock availability, on the day of receipt of order.
Shipping Destination
Currently we ship to all UK destinations. We do not ship to any destinations outside the United Kingdom. Shipping will only be made to the card holders billing address unless special arrangements are agreed prior to despatch of your order.
Shipping
Adepteo uses Royal Mail for small and low value items and APC Overnight for all larger items and all items over £25 in value. Due to the value of the goods a signature will be required and the shipper will not be permitted to alter the shipping arrangements after dispatch.

Shipping Tariffs
Orders shipped by Royal Mail will be charged at £3.00. For orders under £150.00 and shipped by APC the shipping charge is £9.99. This is purely the charge placed via our courier company.
Any order over £150.00 shipping is free in the Uk. the only restriction is that occationally if a parcel is over 10kg there will be a £9.95 surcharge!

Our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please note. For your protection Adepteo recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please contact us.
